Learn Affiliate Marketer (learnaffiliatemarketer.com) is owned and operated by HugoRichdad. This Privacy Policy explains what information this site collects, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.
1. Information we collect
When you opt in for the free ebook or newsletter, we collect the information you type into the form — typically your name and your email address. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
When you browse the site, standard technical information may be recorded by the hosting server and by basic analytics tools: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful. It is not used to identify you personally.
2. Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality — for example, to remember your preferences and to measure which pages are visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may behave differently.
3. How your information is used
Your name and email address are used only to send you what you asked for: the free ebook and related affiliate marketing content, such as new articles, courses, and tools. You will never receive marketing emails from this site unless you opted in first.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list, and you will not be emailed again from that list.
4. Affiliate links and disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, HugoRichdad may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link may set a cookie from the seller so the sale can be tracked. Those cookies are governed by the seller’s own privacy policy, not this one. See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full explanation.
5. Your data is never sold
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. It is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to run this site — for example, the email service that delivers the newsletter — and only for that purpose.
6. No income guarantees
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of income. Affiliate marketing takes consistent work over time, and results vary with effort, niche, experience, and market conditions. See the Affiliate Disclosure and the Terms of Service.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time what personal information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the Contact page to make a request, or leave a comment on any blog post. Unsubscribing from emails does not delete your data; ask explicitly if you want deletion.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when it is. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
9. Contact
You can reach HugoRichdad by email at info@learnaffiliatemarketer.com, through the Contact page, or by leaving a comment on any blog post.
